These special communities around the world have the highest concentration of healthy vibrant centenarians. Embracing some of their ways (slowing down, eat wholesome foods, moving more throughout the day, and surrounding yourself in the love of family and friends) all contribute to long life. Volunteering, helping others, and having a sense of purpose will keep you well, and makes a positive impact on the planet!
