That wild storm last night blew down some sizeable branches from the white pines out back, so naturally we harvested them up to make medicine. 🌲

Today we will drink pine needle tea. 🍵 (it does taste just like a mellow green tea, imo)

In a few weeks, we will enjoy pine honey. 🍯

Next up is making a pine-olive oil infusion, and processing the inner bark from the branch into a tincture. 💚

Once upon a time, I went to put a fresh batch of C-sharp nectar together and discovered I didn’t have all of the ingredients. So I intuitively crafted something similar but different using what ingredients I had on hand. I called this new creation Brave Heart Tonic.

I did not write any of the ingredients or the measurements that I used down. 😅

Today, a fresh batch of Brave Heart Tonic, formula 2.0, is being brewed up for us and you. This time, I wrote everything down. 😍🤣

Reach for Braveheart tonic to support the cardiovascular and respiratory systems as well as the lymphatic system. The herbs are gentle and balancing, safe for everyday dosing, but not recommended to take alongside prescription medications for blood pressure or blood sugars.
