I’m so excited to tell you about this magical collaboration ✨ Sonic Alchemy Sound Meditation

Dena & I are coming together to lead an immersive sound healing experience through sound waves and higher frequencies, recalibrating the body through the resonance of gongs, bowls, drums, and chimes.

This practice calms the nervous system, promotes relaxion, reduces stress, and harmonizes the mind, body and soul.

We will gather July 17, 2024
Yummys 210 E Union St Marion IL, 62959
Beginning promptly @ 6:30 and wrapping up at 8pm
You may arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat.

Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow or bolster and anything else you may need to lay comfortably on the floor. I encourage you to bring a journal and water
