I saw a LMT post this so I also wanted to post this. I wish I could tag some of my clients..

👉🏼 If you think one massage will fix everything, you may be disappointed. Healing and long term relief takes consistency, and a holistic plan, not just quick fixes.

👉🏼 More pressure isn’t always better. Sometimes it is. But if you’re asking your therapist to “go deeper,” but you’re not able to fully relax into that pressure, you might actually be working against your own body.

👉🏼 Pain isn’t always from “tight muscles.” Sometimes the real culprit is weakness, imbalance, or nervous system dysregulation.

👉🏼 If you’re ignoring strength, mobility, posture, or lifestyle, you’re leaving results on the table. Massage works best when it’s part of the bigger picture.

Hi, my name is Heather Lecoq, Licensed Massage Therapist (LA6024) located in North Lafayette/ Carencro LA area.

If you have neck, shoulder, back, or sciatic pain problems, give me a call. I offer deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, and pnf stretching for pain relief.

I also offer lymphatic drainage for cosmetic surgery aftercare, which helps to reduce much of the swelling and discomfort that accumulates after surgery, as well as helping regenerate nerves and tissues, and break up adhesions that often form after surgery. These massages are recommended after cosmetic procedures. If you have recently had a procedure or planning to have one soon, give me a call so that we can discuss it.
