I’ve been putting a lot of thought into this one for a while now…

Over the last year, I’ve continued to pour so much time, energy, education, effort, and genuine care into my massage practice. I didn’t increase my prices last year, and honestly, I’ve continued to hear from many of you that my pricing is too low for the level of care and work I provide.
So… I think it’s time.

Effective October 1st, 2026, my massage prices will be increasing to better reflect the current market, my experience and skills, and the time, energy, and care that goes into every appointment.

And there’s an extra reason this date feels special — October 1st marks THREE YEARS Rejuvenate Health & Medical Spa! 🥂✨

Three years of building this little corner of my world, growing my practice, learning, working my butt off, and most importantly, having the most incredible clients who continue to trust me with their time, their bodies, and their self-care.
I don’t take that trust lightly.

New pricing beginning 10/1/2026:
🤍 30-minute — $55
🤍 45-minute — $80
🤍 60-minute — $100
🤍 90-minute — $135

Thank you for continuing to support my small business, for referring your friends and family, for cheering me on, and for allowing me to do something I genuinely love.

This increase isn’t just about prices, it’s about recognizing the value of the work I put into this practice and making sure I can continue giving you the quality, care, and experience you deserve.

Just a little PSA—I am not accepting new clients, and I won't be for the rest of the year.

Taking some time off was exactly what I needed. It reminded me that while I absolutely love what I do, I don't want my life to be all work and no living. After hustling hard for the past three years, I'm choosing balance. If anything, I'll be cutting back my hours, not adding more.

The massages will still be top-notch... I'm just making more room for adventures, memories, and saying "yes" to life outside of work.

As always, thank you for your patience, your support, and for being some of the absolute best humans. I appreciate every single one of you. 🫶

Last night, I shared how excited I am to return to the massage practice I've built—one filled with clients I genuinely respect, appreciate, and, in many cases, consider extended family.

This morning, I received a message that reminded me why this needs to be said again:

Respect massage therapists. I’ll say it again louder for those in the back if need be!!

We are wellness professionals. We are not s*x workers and messages that s*xualize our profession are not funny, flattering, or cute. They're disrespectful, offensive, and completely inappropriate.

This is a boundary I will NOT compromise on.

From this point forward, any message of this nature will be shared publicly because this behavior is completely unacceptable and needs to stop.

Treat massage therapists with the same respect you would expect for any other professional. It's really that simple.

After some much-needed time to heal, I'm officially back to massaging tomorrow. I have missed my clients, my routine, and doing what I love. Let's do this! 🫶

Going forward, I’m making a conscious effort to pace myself and create a healthier work-life balance. It’s something I’ve needed for a while, and I’m excited to make it a priority.

It’s been a minute! I can't even begin to tell you how much I’ve missed my massage world. Although, in full disclosure, having a little time off has been pretty nice too.

Before I get too comfortable with this whole "not working" thing, I’m ready to ease my way back in. And yes, I know... my version of "taking it slow" is probably very different from yours. 😆

As many of you know, I recently had surgery, and I'm slowly accepting the fact that I may not actually be superhuman. So, to test out my strength and stamina, I’m opening just TWO appointment slots this Friday for 30-minute relaxation massages. $50

A couple of notes:
• Relaxation massage only this time
• No deep tissue yet
• Just easing back into the groove and seeing how my body feels
