Ocean Breeze Wellness + Massage

13 years!! 🥹🌴

Facebook reminded me that 13 years ago today I officially became Jenny Wailes, LMT and was just trying to convince people to come let the new massage therapist practice on them. 😂

I had no idea then where this career would take me—or how much I would continue to learn, grow and absolutely love what I do.

To everyone who has trusted me with your aches and pains, your stress, your goals, and sometimes just your need to shut the world out for an hour… thank you. 💙

13 years down, and I'm still learning, still evolving, and still convinced:

Every body is different. Every time. 🌴
🌊 Jenny

It's okay to have bad days.

Sometimes you can push through, and sometimes the strongest thing you can do is listen to your body and give yourself a little grace.

Today, my quads decided they had other plans. 😅 Rather than risk pulling or tearing something, I called it and walked back to the car.

Starting a new exercise routine isn't always easy. Progress isn't always linear, and that's okay.

Keep showing up. Go slower if you need to. Take care of your body, and remember... every step forward still counts. 💙🌴

🌴 No plane ticket required.

Some days I wish I could sneak away to the beach for a few hours. Since that's not always possible, this diffuser blend is one of my favorite ways to bring a little coastal calm home.

💛 Bergamot
🌿 Eucalyptus
💜 Lavender

Fresh. Bright. Relaxing.

I've put together a bundle with these three oils and a Petal Diffuser if you'd like to try it for yourself.

Now tell me...

🌊 Beach person or ⛰️ mountain person?

Tear down doesn't take nearly as long as set up. 😂

Aaand we're off! Happy 4th everyone!

It's been a hot minute since Ocean Breeze Wellness + Massage has been in a parade. (Nearly 10 years! 2017 Beaverdal Fall Festival 🫨).

What do you think..should I have some fun and build a float for Carlisle's July 4th parade?? 🎆🇺🇸

💆‍♀️Whose volunteering for the massage??? 😂🤣

Good news: I hadn't packed yet.

Better news: I opened up extra massage appointments Monday and Tuesday.

Best news: I probably have a better chance of making money here than I did in Vegas anyway. 🎰💆‍♀️😂

Book online or message me to get a massage this week!

No pretty toes in the making of this garden… 🌱
Just a few sore muscles to show for it and very lazy cat trying to distract me by napping in my glove box!

Good news if you are feeling the same—I know a place that can help with that 😉
Appointments open this week.
