I made the traditional green bean casserole at Thanksgiving time with gf twist! I used the portobello mushroom gravy from Trader Joe’s. Found the gf onions at Sprouts 🌱

Gf homemade bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Gf pasta from Trader Joe’s with pesto sauce from Costco. Tomatoes fried in olive oil. Parmesan Reggiano sprinkled on top. Black Garlic chicken skewer from Sprouts. 🌱 😋

Made Danielle Walker’s Brussels and Apple Salad with Bacon 🥓 Vinegrette tonight! Yum 😋 family loved it!

The right baking sheet and a little garlic infused olive oil. Everything bagel seasoning for the chicken and wala! Dinner.

Props to my husband who is taking on this new way of eating. Refined sugar free, dairy free (lactose free in this pic), and gluten and grain free. He made homemade meatballs today out of Danielle Walker’s cookbook. He passed on the fish oil and nutritional yeast but they tasted amazing and stayed together! Absolutely scrumptious.

If you’re eating sugar free dairy free then this whip is for you! I put a little almond flavoring and cinnamon in it to help with the flavor. Of course added collagen peptides to the coffee and coconut creamer. Not missing the sugar! But if you do try a little honey in the coffee. no more refine sugar.

Grain free Tacos? No problem says Siete. Yum 😋 Even my toddler tried them.

Made my own recipe tonight. Chicken from frozen, yellow pepper, celery, green onion, everything bagel seasoning, salt, pepper, sesame oil, red rice vinegar, soy sauce gf, with white jasmine rice. Took less than 20 minutes. Deconstructed (or separated) for my daughter. I would give her more chicken but she is adding gluten orange chicken to her plate 😉

Use of silicone cups can help separate new foods from familiar foods. Kids with food allergies can have anxiety with new foods. Often they might not want the food that is brand new to them touching another food that is their favorite. What a great way to adapt any container to make your own Bento box.

So glad to find these gluten free waffle cones. With summer coming desserts out can be discouraging. But you can bring home the gluten free from Sprouts for the win!
