Before and after. One of my favorite things is to Cut lots of hair off. I mean I like it all when it comes to hair but this is just fun. She has amazing hair but change is always good. Change is constant and when you surrender and lean in it makes it easy and FUN.

Being a Mom. No one tells you really what to expect. Honestly if someone did tell me I would not believe them. It’s Heart, Love, constant encouragement, hugs, trusting, listening-lots of listening, allowing and it keeps going. My son is 21 soon. (How did that happen). Ethan is his own being, has his own council, knows what he needs and can feed himself. There is this part of me that wants to thank him every day for allowing me to choose self-love….. this is always a choice. Having a baby gave me this, told me if I wanted to keep going I would need to choose self love or….end……. Ethan saved me. I celebrate him and me as a single mom.

What brings us back to wholeness? ACCEPTANCE!
