Wellness means living in our highest nature, with a daily practice of accepting more positivity in our lives, because it helps us expand beyond our upper thresholds.

When we are well, we take quantum leaps on behalf of our self and our evolution as individuals to hold an even more profound capacity for positive energy to share with other but especially with those we love.

When we are well, we are conscious of lower nature frequencies, as they hold us back and hold us down but they will never define us. We gently close the doors on that which depletes us or drags us into a lower frequency.

When we are well, we preserve the integrity of ourselves, our homes, community, our soil, air and water and our potential life path so that others are inspired to rise above the fray. We hold the vision for a life where our kids can feel at home wherever they walk in this world.

When we are well, we live with a pure intention of wholeness and express life in our highest nature.
