I’ll be honest with y’all… going to Disneyland was NOT in the budget this month 😮‍💨 but I have a REALLY REALLY hard time saying no to family memories. Jalen is about to graduate from Kindergarten, Kylo is about to go to school with Jalen, Nya will be 1 next month! Life is just moving by fast so it’s important to stop and take in these little moments. Money will continue to come and go but my babies will only be this little right NOW! 🥹 There is something about that Disney magic just makes you fill with joy. Although Nya may not remember this day, I will always remember her curious faces and smiles around the park.

Thank you to my husband for not only pushing all 3 of them in a stroller but also capturing these beautiful moments. We did it! We went to Disneyland as a family of 5! 😅🙌🏽

Just had to check myself because I felt myself becoming really anxious and overwhelmed because it’s now Jan. 5th and I haven’t really “started” to do all the new things I want to accomplish this year.
Thought I would share because it’s so easy to put all the pressure on the beginning of the year like we don’t have 365 days in a year! Yes time flies, yes it’s great to start off strong, but sometimes that isn’t the reality. Maybe your year started with a cold, maybe your goal was to go for a walk every day and it’s been raining, maybe you have KIDS!!! Not here to make excuses but these are real life things that can easily alter your plans.
Don’t let these things make you GIVE UP, but it’s ok to start a new goal when you are mentally ready. Maybe that’s Jan 1st, maybe it’s on a random Wednesday.
At the end of the day, as long as you START, that’s what is most important.

And if you have young kids! Pssh! You get a gold star just for taking a shower today. You have already accomplished more than me. 😂
