So you want to leave the house but you’re breastfeeding… I GOT CHU! Yes you can go. Yes you can even go to a concert, you just gotta be prepared and bring all the things! 😅

1. Pump RIGHT BEFORE you leave to get maximum pump free time. I’d suggest pumping over breastfeeding because your baby may not fully empty you nor be hungry when you need to leave.

2. Buy/Bring a breastmilk cooler. My favorite is from Momcozy because it has 2 bottles. One for freshly expressed warm milk, then another so when it’s time to add to the now cold milk, you aren’t mixing temperatures AND it keeps it actually cold for 24 hrs! (This insulated bag shown did not)

3. Pack nursing pads, pump wipes and your wearable pump! This one is also from Momcozy and it connects to an app so you can see how long you’ve been pumping on each side and change the settings on your phone.

4. Wear a comfortable large t-shirt if you want to be discreet. If you want them showing in a spaghetti strap, sure! Who cares! Just don’t do a tight bodysuit, turtle neck or something with no bra because that would be a struggle.

I’ve tried this at Crypto.com Arena & SoFi in Los Angeles CA and they both allow medical bags for you to carry in what you need. MOMMY PERKS! 😉

This is me 2 months postpartum after a C-section! 🤯😂 I would do this 🙈 But concerts are my happy place and I had the best time!! Let your baby sleep, you enjoy your night, you deserve it and will come back rejuvenated!! (Yet still very very tired 😋♥️)

WAIT A MINUTE! Can we talk about this COLOR!? Many of you were wondering if I dyed my hair and the answer is no! I used this temporary Curl Color by 𝑎𝑠 𝑖 𝑎𝑚 which is basically like a color gel. Not only does it add color but it also defines my curls with no extra styling products needed! I’ve actually been contemplating dying my hair this exact color so this was a perfect way to test it out without the commitment!
What do we think?? Do I need to actually dye my hair this color??

This was the most RANDOM side quest of all time! As I was leaving Universal Studios with my Curlfriends from my curly masterclass with Curlsmith, we stumbled upon the Love Island USA pink carpet for the reunion!!
