Meet Tom. He has awesome hair. He catches big fish. Don’t follow him in your Jeep 🤣 I don’t post my men’s cuts very often but I just had to in this one! It’s taken a few years for the “pepper” to leave his hair, I think his natural color is so awesome 😎 he lets me wash with to make it looks its absolute best. We have really hard water here in Carlsbad so sometimes it can leave a buildup on the hair which makes it look brassy or dull sometimes. Clarify, perfect blonde, condition. First we retape the hairs (6-8 week move up appointment) then we color the hairs, then we move up the hairs, then curl the hairs, and finally brush out alllll the hairs for a beauty of a blend 🙌🏽😍

A teacher gets in front of the class and proceeds to write out math equations on the board for the kids as follows “9X1=7, 9X2=18, 9X3=27, 9X4=36, 9X5=45, 9X6=54”. The kids immediately chuckle and mock her for having an equation on the board wrong. She waited as the kids laugh dulled and said “I wanted to teach you all a very valuable life lesson. I wanted to show you that even though I got 6 of the equations perfect, you mocked me for the 1 time I got it wrong. I wanted to show you that you may do your job or anything you’re doing right hundreds of times, but most of the time, people will only notice that one time you did it wrong.”
