These are my clients natural nails. We have been keeping them up with a layer of hard gel and routine maintenance. This week we did a gorgeous glitter/chrome combo with Kokoist’s new liquid chrome. I’m obsessed with this look!

When you are on vacation for 10 days and didn’t have time before leaving to freshen the set on your hands, the nails act up and break. So you run to target to get a file and clippers and take those puppies down. I hate short nails, but I hate broken nails more.

This client is a sassy 74 years young! She came in for a wow set of nails and that’s what she got! I custom mixed her acrylic with glitters of all textures and sizes. She requested the stiletto shape and I added random gold flake for a little kick. I love when clients let me play! Are you as daring as this young lady?

Inspiration comes in many different forms. This client has a side hustle transforming dolls. She brought in a picture of this dolls hair for todays color scheme. I (Of course) ran with it. We are calling these nails Coral Reef. All Young Nails glitter, pigments and hard gel. She and I are obsessed with this set! What are your thoughts? This client works with horses so we decided that acrylic would be the strongest option for her. These started a blue custom glitter acrylics. For her fill today we used a dark purple glitter to make a fade. They are gorgeous! What do you think?

There are days when a simple pink and white is so perfect.

I can do hard work and have kickin nails!

It’s been three weeks since I have seen this client. Look at how well her nails grew out! Polish still looks good and none of them broke! These are her natural nails. We keep a overlay of hard gel on them for strength and support. She opted for bright pink and glitter for this visit.

There is a lot to unpack in this set! Three different acrylic colors were used to create the fade. First, a custom dark purple glitter acrylic, next young nails slickpour “radiant blitz” and the bronze is young nails bronze pigment mixed with speed clear. I’m in love with purple and bronze this season. What do you think?
