Probably one of my biggest struggles as a business owner, and honestly, just as a person, is wanting to do everything for everyone and having such a hard time saying no. I want to help, accommodate, show up, and make everyone happy… but I have learned the hard way over the past couple of years that constantly putting everyone else first eventually leaves nothing for me - and I don’t want to run off the burnt out version of myself. I want to be my best self for me, my family/friends, and for my clients and students. 💛
If you’re wired the same way, you’re definitely not alone. Still learning that saying no sometimes doesn’t make you selfish, it just means you’re human. 🫶🏽
