Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice made our freedom possible, and we are deeply grateful. ❤️
In observance of Memorial Day, Lash & Brow Design Co. will be closed today as we spend time reflecting, remembering, and being with those we love.
We hope you have a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. 🇺🇸
Yeah we all are carrying a lot. We are over here just trying to tell you that we see you… and your ducks may not be in a row and that’s 💯 ok.
When there’s an emergency at the lash studio and the first thing they check is your lash retention 😭✨

People are always shocked when I tell them that properly applied lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. The problem is not lash extensions themselves. The problem is poor training, rushing, or not understanding lash math.
At our studio, we are obsessive about lash health. Every natural lash can only safely hold a certain amount of weight based on the strength, length, and health of that lash. That is lash math. If an extension is too heavy or too long for the natural lash, it creates tension over time and can lead to breakage or premature shedding.
Correct isolation matters too. Isolation means separating one natural lash before applying an extension. If lashes are stuck together, they pull on each other every time you blink, sleep, or brush them. That is where so much damage happens.
This is also why we wear loupes. Those magnifying glasses are not just for fun or aesthetics. They allow us to see tiny baby lashes, proper isolation, clean attachment, and the health of your natural lashes in incredible detail. The better we can see, the safer and more precise your application is.
A good lash artist is not just creating beauty. They are protecting the integrity of your natural lashes every single appointment.
Healthy natural lashes should always be the goal. Beautiful is never worth damage.
