A card on file is required for any and all appointments however the card is only used in the case of late cancellations (less than 48hours notice) or no-show. in which case the card will be charged 50% of total service for a late cancelations or 100% for no-shows. Please come to all lash appointments with clean lashes/no make up on your eyes. A lash bath is done at the beginning of every lash service but will not get the entirety for any makeup on lashes and will take time away from actual service. You have a 15min grace period after which your appointment will be canceled and 100% of total service cost will be charged to the card on file for no-show. If your card declines for any charged you will not be serviced again until the remaining balance is paid.
