How do you prefer to start the massage? Up (supine) or down (prone)?
Hopefully the physical demonstration is enough. I realized I didn’t use my words much. In the end I hope it helps as I know many struggle.
Just a reminder that moving is healthy. All of this I do is to function well at my job as it is physically demanding and I’m not getting any younger.
