Things to remember when Dry Brushing 〰️

Dry Brush before you shower or bathe. Start at your feet and brush in upward motions toward your heart using long smooth strokes. Make sure to avoid face and neck, wounds, skin irritations, and rashes. Drink plenty of water after dry brushing! Lastly, keep your dry brush DRY!
