What we saw was a lack of manufacturers that offer peak performing products focused educational programs, marketing to keep clients sales in our salons and most importantly integrity! What we saw was an industry where a large percentage of products are owned by retail color companies; companies who spend all their dollars marketing color consumers in drug stores, and whose professional products are now on the drug and grocery store shelves right next to their hair color! We also saw companies claiming to be hairdresser companies that joined the others on the drug and grocery store shelves or in other stores that are not true salons. Our attitude with these companies is this- they are intruders to the professional salon industry and should go back to the drug store where they belong. Retrohair™ was created to give salons an opportunity to work with a true hairdresser company- created within the beauty industry and created to stay in the beauty industry! Our commitment:
