In this workshop you’ll learn the basic framework of facial Gua Sha, giving you the power to release facial tension and create lifted, luminous skin at home. Together we’ll learn, lift and sculpt our way to a magical new routine. You’ll be provided with a gorgeous Gua Sha stone (if you already have one I’ll have a Gua Sha mushroom for you), a facial oil and literature to continue and build your practice at home.

Before the Gua Sha class starts, I will begin this workshop with a guided face yoga technique to help release this tension. Lack of any kind of facial exercise and accumulation of stress can cause a build-up of tension in your facial muscles. This technique consists of short, simple and subtle yoga exercises to relieve stress and promote healthy, glowing skin.

Duration: ~1 hour

Cost: $85 includes stone and oil to take home
