I’m setting a few goals for myself this September and thought I’d share them with you! This month, I’m challenging myself to:

✨ Walk for 30 minutes every day — whether that’s outside or on the treadmill, it doesn’t matter!
📖 Read for 30 minutes a day
🍽️ Limit eating out to once a week for lunch and once a week for supper
