What fragrance would you pick?
Corey breaks down the art behind building a scent: ambroxan, pineapple, scent trail, and a little bit of magic. This is what creativity looks like when fragrance becomes personal.
Want to test fragrance the right way?
Try this: a clean room, fresh air, ~70°F, no extra smells. Smell it now… then again in 2 hours.
That’s how you learn:
✅ Tenacity (how long it lasts)
✅ Impact (how strong it hits)
And today? You can research “impact value” and material behavior in seconds—something we didn’t have years ago.
Save this if you’re serious about learning perfumery.
Fragrance oil ≠ diffuser oil.
That’s why people get confused.
Most oils aren’t made to run in diffuser machines — they need a compatible base.
Scent Diffuser Magic Base helps you turn your fragrance oil into a diffuser-ready blend so it actually works and performs better.
Part 5: We’re almost there 😮💨🧪
Danielle’s accord is getting close — and now she’s learning the secret most beginners miss: half steps.
Because sometimes 1 more drop is TOO much…
…but 1.5 is perfect.
That’s how you find harmony. That’s how a scent becomes a real, sellable idea.
Accords aren’t guessing — they’re testing. 🧪
1:9… then 2:8… let it dry… smell again.
That’s when the notes start blending and the “aha” moment hits (you’ll hear Danielle go “hmm” 😌).
This is how you find harmony before building the full scent.
Part 3: Accords 🧪✨
This is where the magic starts—two notes blended until they become ONE.
No pressure, no perfection—just testing, adjusting, and finding harmony. That’s how a real signature scent is born.
Comment ACCORD if you want me to share the simple ratio method.
There was a time when everything had a scent, a feeling, a curiosity.
Not because it was special…
but because we were.
Accords are the “scenes” inside your scent story.
Most perfumers start with an accord first — two notes blended until they become ONE — then they build the perfume around that harmony.
In today’s workshop clip, we use a simple drop-ratio method (1:9, 2:8…) to find the sweet spot where notes stop fighting and start talking.
Also: no pressure. No rules. This is creativity — like a playground, everyone is at a different level. Just explore and build.
