Come try out your local gym! Our trial includes the kids club, tanning, and our classes. You'll have access to our gym during our staffed hours as well! We are located right off DVR next to the First and 10 restaurant.

The countdown is on! On Saturday, September 20th, get ready to join us for the Kung Fu PANDAS Warrior Challenge as we rally to support kids with PANDAS.

This event is inspired by a local Reno boy's courageous battle with this autoimmune disorder, where a misdirected immune response attacks the brain.

We have a full morning of challenges and community planned, and we want you to be a part of it. Whether you're coming to compete, cheer on a friend, or just enjoy the expo, there's something for everyone.

Come for your favorite event, or stay for the whole day to support our warriors! Every cheer, every high-five, and every bit of energy makes a huge difference.
