This isn’t to call anyone in particular out 😉 There has been a recent rise is last minute reschedule requests/cancellations/no shows. I’m having to implement a new cancellation policy. I know everyone has super busy schedules and money is tight for all of us; however, having last minute changes in your schedule as a stylist, takes a huge hit financially. We can’t fill those spots last minute. My scheduling system sends you a friendly appointment reminder to help you remember. As always, Grateful for all of my customers 💞
