The only part we lightened today was the “Money Piece” right in the front.

Full head of lowlights and root smudge to blend old lines and toned/glossed everything else. Shinier, more vibrant, and more dimensional. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Going Copper🍂 Look at how much more shine and richness there is to the hair!😍

When we say it’s difficult to eliminate red tones WELL it can also be difficult to get red pigment to “stick”.

If your hair is super porous and/or dry you should plan to be back in the salon sooner to get that red deposited on your hair again.

Things you can do at home to help if you’re wanting to go red👇🏻

- HYDRATE/MOISTURIZE . Doing a PROFESSIONAL deep conditioning mask once a week as well as hydrating shampoo and conditioner to hydrate and even porosity.

- Lower heat on blow dryer and styling tools.

-Wash only 1-2 times per week. (So it doesn’t fade as quickly)

- Use a red depositing conditioner that’s recommended by your stylist.

Dimensional Color 🤎⚡️

Dimension is a contrast of light and dark tones.

An example of dimensional color may be created by adding waves of lighter hair color to naturally dark hair (as shown in this photo👆🏻) or shades of darker color to lighter hair making those lighter pieces “pop” more.

Love adding dimension (lowlights and Rootsmudge ) to my blondes who have gotten “too blonde “over the summer.

Time. she comes in I’m like “Wellll your hair still looks good🤯 but we could do a little of this and that to keep it looking good. “ I mean for this unicorn hair a lot of its genetics for sure 😅 , also taking care of it and not over blonding , home maintenance, she’s extremely healthy with her diet and active, and trusting me through the process and just saying do what you think is best. 🥰🥰

I love doing naturally thick hair and protecting it but I also love giving you that dream hair through extensions if you don’t have that fullness and length naturally or you’re trying to get back there.

We did a Balayage in January and at the beginning of May, a Toning Gloss at the end of June to refresh and maintain, and today all we did was wash and style!! Color still looks AMAZING! She washes once a week and uses high quality professional products at home.🫶🏻

Dimensional low maintenance color is one of my favorite things to do. That blended grow out is just so satisfying😍

Those initial 1+ (depending on goals) larger appointments will cost you more but maintaining is less expensive to have the hair you want and love year round. Something to think about when investing in your hair. 🙃

I know it might feel crazy to start thinking about the holidays🍁🎄 mid August BUT its a must!

There are only 4 months left in the year 😳and If you are not an established client (or it’s been awhile since I’ve seen you) and you have been wanting to schedule an appointment - September and October is time to get that first appointment 🙌🏻for us to get started on those hair goals and pre-booked for the holidays.

My schedule is busy and does not allow anytime for last min appointments or transformations in November or December and I don’t want any existing or new clients to be disappointed when I can’t fit you in. So let’s please plan ahead so I can make sure you’re all feeling your best this fall and winter!😘
