Wellness has been such a journey for me. I have fallen in love with self care and healing. I’ve worked so hard on meditating, switching to organic whenever I am able, addressing my issues with certain foods, and making sure my habits are helping my health. When I started making these lifestyle changes, addressing my sleep hours, I was shocked at how much better I felt. I understand how trying one thing new with a busy life or work life can be daunting. When I started this journey, I was often accused of working too hard. I never would have thought I’d be on the other side agreeing that I should have prioritized sleep and health, but here I am. It’s done wonders for me 🤍

Agave syrup versus maple syrup 🍁 - which comes out as the winner as best for alternative to table sugar? While both are amazing choices, you may be surprised which syrup comes out on top. Regardless, both are great supplements to regularly sugar when trying to stick to a lower glycemic index and so forth.
