Don’t skip the scrub! Regular exfoliating prevents ingrown hairs, promotes smooth skin and improves texture by removing excess dead skin cells from the skins surface. This will prep your skin for a more comfortable and efficient Brazilian wax, and allow your moisturizer to pe*****te and work better.

Are you wondering how to properly care for your bikini area between waxes? Waxing aftercare consists of two main components: exfoliation and moisturizing!

Why is moisturizing so important? Well-moisturized skin provides a better environment for hair growth in between waxes by preventing hairs from becoming trapped underneath a build up of dry skin cells. Dry and dehydrated hairs can also become brittle and potentially break off during a wax. By keeping your skin hydrated, you will notice your services becoming more comfortable, faster and easier during your appointment. With the colder weather approaching, make sure to really amp up your moisturization!

Consistency is key when it comes to brow laminations ✨ this is my clients third service with me on a 6-8 week schedule and the results are everything 🙌🏼

Can I get a Brazilian wax with my intimate piercing? 100% yes, your wax specialist just needs to know about it!

Believe it or not, most waxers have had an “OMG” moment after finding a piercing on a client that they weren’t informed about, especially when working at a high volume, fast paced wax location.

If you have an intimate piercing, always make your waxer aware, in person verbally, before they begin the service. Sometimes piercings can be hard to see, especially if there is excess hair. Wax needs to be laid strategically and more carefully on someone who has an intimate piercing and I prefer to use oil on the piercing to prevent any wax from adhering to it. A few extra seconds may be needed to let the strips dry before releasing so no sticking occurs. 🤍
