The pattern? Catchy names sell a feeling. They don’t replace asking: what’s the dose, what’s the evidence, who’s administering it, and what result is realistic for my skin.

“Baby Botox”- Cute name, but it’s not a different product or a gentler formula, it’s just a lower dose of the same neuromodulator. There’s no clinical definition, no standard dose. It means whatever the person marketing it wants it to mean.

“Clean beauty”- There’s no regulatory definition of “clean” in skincare. It’s a marketing category, not a scientific one. A product can be labeled “clean” and still contain ingredients another “clean” brand avoids. It tells you nothing about efficacy or safety. It tells you about branding.

“Natural” / “Chemical-free- Everything is a chemical, including water. This label is designed to make you feel something, not inform you of anything.
