One of my favorites! We have a lot in common—including our skin. We both have really reactive and sensitive skin which presents itself much like rosacea. She’s currently on a barrier repairing skincare regimen. However, this was ONE DAY after microneedling so I’m super obsessed with how this turned out. Knowing me, of course I had to pack some stem cells in there.

Sometimes you’ll get some purging, dryness, and increased redness after a microneedling session. Trust the process! Those are all signs that your skin is renewing AND healing itself. It can look a bit rough after but just stick with it. Any REAL change in skin will typically require some discomfort.

Taking a few minutes to appreciate my little practice 😊
