Reopening May 23rd,2020

We are incredibly excited and humbled to be able to return to work in the upcoming weeks. We appreciate your patience with us over the past 8 weeks as we negotiated this unique challenge in the best way possible. It is our hope to see many of you in our Salon in the upcoming weeks to reengage on your hair care needs.
Upon returning to the Salon, you will likely notice a few things are different. As we continue to operate in an environment where COVID-19 is still within the community, we have instituted several changes to ensure the safety of our Clients , team members and their families. We appreciate your help in complying with these changes for the safety of all.
Our waiting room is closed until further notice. This will reduce the likelihood of spread in our common areas. We will be utilizing a parking lot waiting room which we will communicate through text or phone calls to manage. Prior to the arrival of your appointment, be on the look out for that communication. We will guide you through those changes as they are relevant and appreciate any feedback during the process to make that interaction better. Utilizing frequent and thorough handwashing, interSalon social distancing, and frequent disinfection of common area surfaces will help us maintain the high levels of infection control standards you have come to expect from our salon.

In addition, you’ll notice signage posted in restrooms with the CDC’s recommendations for hand washing and preventing the spread of illness.

You can help in these efforts by keeping open communication and encouraging you who feel sick to re-schedule once they are symptom free. If you experience symptoms of illness, please contact your doctor by phone and take appropriate precautions based on their advice.

Like many of you 1:15 Laila’s Salon has been monitoring the CoronaVirus developments. In an effort to mitigate risks and enhance the safety of our Clients , we have been working with our cleaning teams to enhance our protocols and have instituted the use of antimicrobial cleaning products on all heavy contact surfaces. Particular attention will be paid to high touch areas such as door handles, seating, and restrooms. Also, some high traffic will be cleaned more and more.
