Watch out 👀 if Retinyl Palmitate is in your sunscreen it’s time to look for a new one! You want this ingredient to be used at night- the sun can cause damage when paired with this ingredient ☀️🌙

Wellness Wednesday Tip of the Week: SLOW DOWN 🤍
Life gets crazy and it seems like everything gets piled on at once and to make it even better now only does our mind suffer but our skin does as well 🙃 It’s not all bad! It’s important to take these physical cues our body gives us to focus on our insides so that we can glow from within ✨
Helpful tips to ease some of that stress:
🌿 get 8+ hrs of sleep each night (your skin needs it!)
🌿 incorporate something in your routine that is specifically for your brain relaxation whether that’s doing YouTube yoga in your living room, watching the sunset/sunrise, going on a walk, making a new, exciting meal, or my fav.. thrifting!
🌿 taking magnesium or ashwaganda supplements! Most people are deficient in magnesium (crucial for muscle & nerve function AND energy production)
We are given life to enjoy it! Don’t let the pressures of our culture year you down - take the time to SLOW DOWN 🧖🏽♀️
🤍Happy Wednesday🤍

Let’s Talk About It 🤍
Purging VS Breakouts 😬
Trying new products can be exciting and terrifying but knowing the difference between when a product is making you purge and when a product is making you breakout can give you more peace of mind!
Purging = good for your skin
Breakouts = damaging to your skin
✅ Purging from a new product is when the ingredients in that product stimulate your cell turnover rate bringing the nasties deep down to the surface so that your skin can officially be rid of them - YAY 🥳-
❌ Breakouts is when your skin is begging you to stop using that product. Everyone’s skin is different and some are more sensitive than others and that is okay! It is important to tailor your skincare to YOUR skin & not just follow the trends of the month🫣
🤍 Happy Tuesday 🤍

WELCOME to my first ever Makeup Monday🤍 My first tip for you? Throw away those dusty crusty beauty blenders!! They are porous items that can harber bacteria and even sometimes mold - YIKES 😬 - Everything you put on your face matters and that 3 year old sponge gotta go ✌🏽 Beauty blenders are your holy grail for doing your makeup just right? I have a better option.. Disposable sponges 🫶🏽 you can use the same blending techniques AND you save your skin from the bacteria. Brushes are great too! Just make sure you’re cleaning them at least once a week👍🏽 My acne prone girlies this tip is MAJOR for you! Don’t give your skin a reason to yell at you (aka break out)
Clean makeup = the BEST makeup
💗Happy Monday💗
