Today I get to officially celebrate 5 WHOLE YEARS at Mirror Salon by Lara 🥹🩷 it has been the best decision career wise I ever could have made. I’m so grateful to get to continue growing and working as a stylist with the best people I could ask for. Thank you Lara Roberts for making my decision 5 years ago so easy. I love this salon, I love my people. Thank you to all my amazing clients who made this happen and continue to support me in every way, I wouldn’t be where I am without all of you!! 🥰

We are ALL paid per client. This means the “no shows” and last minute cancellations can make or break a small business, EASILY.
