What is it? Simply WATER while washing your hair. Hard water is a huge issue here in Wyoming, especially Casper. People don't realize how much it affects their hair and their color. So here's just a few of the effects:
• Brassiness
• Can alter the hue of your blonde (orange, and even green tones)
• Cause color/toner to fade much more rapidly • Uneven results
• Hair never feels fully clean
• The minerals buildup up creating a barrier that blocks out moisture causing dry and brittle hair. The good news? There are ways to protect your hair from hard water, and get the best out of your hair color.
- Use a chelating shampoo with EDTA, if not that at least use a cleansing shampoo
- Get a filtered showerhead.

The A-line will always be one of my favorite cuts in the salon. It never disappoints. It’s clean, it’s classy, and it somehow works on so many different people. It’s a cut that’s polished and fun at the same time.
