Sometimes the best medicine is stepping away from the noise and returning to nature.

This trip to the Bighorns has been a reminder to slow down and simply be. Watching moose and elk in their natural home, spotting curious rock chucks, sitting quietly with butterflies, and sharing it all with my best friend and the love of my life has filled my soul in a way that's hard to describe.

These moments remind me why I started Back To Nature Apothecary—to help others find the same sense of peace, connection, and appreciation for the natural world.

Grateful for the mountains, the wildlife, the fresh air, and a life that keeps bringing me back to what matters most. 🌿🦋🫎🏔️❤️

Tonight's Summer's Market wasn't quite as successful as we had hoped, thanks to the unpredictable weather, but we are incredibly grateful for everyone who braved the conditions and came out to support local vendors.
A huge thank you to each and every person who stopped by the Back To Nature Apothecary booth, made a purchase, shared kind words, or simply took the time to visit. Your support means more than you know.
I'd also like to give a very special thank you to Catherine Vance for all of her help setting up and taking down the booth. Having an extra set of hands and a positive attitude made a world of difference, and I truly appreciate you!
While tonight may not have gone exactly as planned, we're keeping our spirits high and looking forward to the next Summer's Market on July 21st. Here's hoping for sunshine, bigger crowds, and another wonderful evening supporting our local community.
