Highlighting from scalp to ends is still a highly in-demand salon service. Trends and techniques change and evolve but there will always be staple services that never leave, and classic highlights is one of them. Still one of my favourite services is the highlight/lowlight combo we did here. It was just the change she needed to give her hair life again by adding in dimension and stepping away from her typical blonde appt.
