PSA: To all current/future clients. I am implementing a new cancellation policy. I understand things come up/emergencies beyond
your control but starting today August 19, 2019 any client (new or existing) will require a 24 HOUR cancellation notice if you wish to reschedule with me. If you do not provide 24 hours so I can attempt to fill the spot I will require full payment of missed appointment in order to reschedule again. My time is far to valuable and I can’t just keep being nice. This is my JOB. I get up, get myself and my kiddos ready, arrange care for them so I can work and so to get canceled on an hour before an appointment is really frustrating. And unfortunately this happens more often than I like. To all my awesome clients who show up loyally and on time THANK YOU THANK YOU!! I love you all so much!
