Massage Alchemy

Calm doesn't require everything to be done. I can soften with the season and breathe even though there is still work to finish.

Abundance is meant to be shared. I take what I need, leave enough for those who come after me, and trust that honoring that balance allows us all to flourish.

May this season of balance bring clarity to your heart, discernment to your choices, and gratitude for all you have gathered. May you have the courage to honor what matters and the wisdom to release what no longer needs to be carried.

🌿 Still soaking in all the insights and empowering information from our Herbal Wisdom in Practice weekend!

But, more than anything, I am so grateful to Gigi for sharing her deep wisdom, and to everyone who took the time to come to the farm, ask questions, share experiences, and learn how to think critically, work confidently, and connect with the herbs around us.

This is where the magic begins, and I truly believe this is exactly the kind of education our community needs. I hope to bring many more of these events to the farm in the future...and I hope you'll join us!

Until next time, thank you and we'll talk soon! 💚 Shannon

There will always be people and priorities competing for my attention, but not everything that demands my attention deserves my priority. By practicing discernment, I decide what matters most in each moment—unequivocally and unapologetically.

So excited for this. Still a couple spaces left..don't miss out!
