Ok I’m awake, and you all need to be too!

My husband came home from Sprouts the other night with two bags of this and I cannot believe I let them sit in my pantry for 5 days. The portion size on the bag can easily be cut in half for one person...

I made the pasta and added one tbsp butter, some grilled chicken and some steamed broccoli.. and of course parmesan cheese and some pink salt.

For people curious on texture, I cooked to al dente as the directions say, but I could have cooked them another min or two. But they don’t taste like edamame. My husband tried them and loved it too! I may try mixing with raos marinara or some Alfredo sauce next time too!

I have always been a “meat and potatoes” kinda gal. I LOVE all things potato. But they just aren’t KETO friendly..

Thank goodness I can take cauliflower and turn it into this!

Couldn’t wait to have my dessert again 😂😂 this time I used the Keto peanut butter cup bar and it was so good!! I also tried Mr. Tortilla Inc. 1 net carb tortillas! I pan fried and dusted in erythritol and cinnamon and scooped some ice cream into it! It was like eating ice cream filled churros!!! So good! Enjoy❤️
