Rest is Rust!
It’s important to stay in the gym while dealing with an injury.
Finding that sweet spot for staying fit while you recover from injury is key instead of hitting the couch like a potato!
Dive into low impact cardio-your heart will thank you without throwing a tantrum at your injury! Don’t forget to stretch it out with mobility to keep stiffness at bay. Plus, pump some iron for those muscles that are still in the game to avoid looking like a lopsided potato!
And remember, always chat with your friendly PT (that’s me! 😁), to develop an exercise plan that matches your recovery goals!
