I rarely have boarding spots available! I currently have ONE spot available for pasture board & or full board at my farm. Looking for an easy going gelding to go with another easy going gelding. I do require the horse to have GOOD manners & get ALONG with other horses. I have children handling these horses at times. Pasture board will always have a stall available and an extra up charge if used. Grain fed twice a day, mill feed (13/8) for pasture boarded, & tribute either (kalm ultra or ration balancer) for stall boarded horses. Great kept maintained pastures, and round bales are out in large hayhut with overhang. 24/7 hay. Pasture board horses will either have a run in, trees to get under, or hayhut with overhang. Use of all the amenities. 190x90 well kept area, 70’ round pen, hot and cold wash stall with fans and heaters, Equivibe, lots of trails. Small group turnout. Simplifly & salt given year round. I do have an instructor on site with training & riding lessons available as well. Will feed supplements and blanket (full board per owner request & pasture boarded under 31 degrees). Retirement horses are welcome! I do require a deposit & check references. $550 a month for pasture & $850 for full care. I will charge a dry spot rate monthly if you want me to hold your spot.
