HAIR GROWTH SEEDS
Aside rosemary herb, Amla, hibiscus and the likes , seed is one of the best ingredient that's very beneficial for your hair.
Today I will mention just 2 seeds

1. Fenugreek Seeds
2. Black seeds
These two seeds are so potent and effective, Black seed and Fenugreek seeds are rich in proteins, vitamins, and other essential nutrients that help to can help strengthen hair roots and reconstruct the follicles. Fenugreek seeds have rich in potassium that helps prevent premature greying of hair.

Now how do we use them?

To use – Hair oil – To make hair oil with the hair growth seeds. Add 1 tbsp of the ground powder to a glass jar. Top it off with 1/4 cup of a hair oil of your choice, I used coconut oil. Close the jar and infuse this oil in sunlight for 2-3 weeks. After 2-3 weeks use this oil to massage your scalp 1-2 times a week. Leave it on for 30 mins or overnight and wash it off.

Hair mask – To use this powder as a hair mask, take 1 tbsp of the powder and add in hot water or green tea to make a paste. Set aside for 30 mins before use. Apply the mixture on your scalp for 30 mins and simply rinse off.

Hair Spray – One of my favorite ways to use this hair grow seeds is to use them as a hair spray. Take 1 tsp of the powder in a jar and pour hot water or green tea on it. Close the lid and let it steep for 10 mins. Strain and pour the water into a spray bottle. Spray this water on your hair before going to bed. Rinse it off in the morning using plain water.
