This is why I do this!!

Two brides trash their wedding dresses in a styled shoot Brittany and Paola are real-life partners that married each other just a few months before this styled shoot. I wanted the two to relive their wedding day but in a more positive light. I was inspired to create a very soft intimate styled shoot setting filled with light colors directly on the beach.

It's Christmas Eve and for a lot of people there's tons to do. And maybe emotions are running high. In such a beautiful time of year, don't let stress derail your focus on self-love.

Most people would never say "Boy you look fat today" to someone else. Or how about "Why did you do that...I can't believe you did that....now you'll never live that down.

Why??"

In moments of stress or less that optimal self esteem, we need to treat ourselves as if we were strangers on the street. Be kind to yourself and remember that you ar human.

Don't mutter things in your head that you wouldn't dream of saying out loud to someone else. You are worthy of kindness and forgiveness.
