Another way to think about aerobic exercise or “cardio” is that it's the type of workout where your heart rate and breathing increase, but not so much that you feel like you need to stop and rest after a short period of time. Think running, speed walking, stair climbing, cycling, and swimming, among other activities.

Showing up and being consistent! 💪 if you’ve lost your motivation in the gym and you can’t find how to get off that couch, there are professionals here to help. Signing up for a 10 session program can make you flip the switch and motivate you to get back on a routine. It takes about five sessions to get an endorphin rush and start to enjoy the burn again.
