Jill Snyder is a respected hair stylist and beautician with her working portfolio of 39 years and lives right here in Cedar City, Utah.
Jill Specializes in working with older cliental and creates masterpieces with permanents, cuts, teasing, and weekly hair styles.
Jill and her clients are as close as family and she absolutely loves her job.
Appointments are available for new clients for any of the services that Jill provides. Open appointments are Tuesday – Thursday at anytime of the day, and weekly appointments can be made by contacting Roland’s Second Glance Hair Designs M-F 9am-5pm or leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible!

Julie and I would love to have our friends and family come and join us for a memorable cruise to the Mexican Riviera. Please help us in celebrating 30 years in business. Prices include port fees and taxes, with optional round trip bus transportation from Cedar City to Long Beach for an additional $150.00 per person.
