Not common this time of year, but man sometimes I get just wanting a cozy warm bed. With a added therapist with warm hands not cold.
I work with you on pain, not a dr about to do assessments.
They should warm their hands up a bit.

I get life happens, even if I don't like no-call no-shows. Well it does take my time and likely others. Owning the business i also always find something i need to do.

Aftwr a good walk,run, or even hike can have the poor calves being tight. Treating them a bit k**e keanding bread keeps them happy and ready for another adventure.

This song has been a clinet pleaser. I don't like having the more spa style songs. I have found more success with my clients and me locking in for a massage when we know the songs. The brain doesn't have to try and guess what's next, it knows and helps you feel safe!

Communication is key here. For the pressure on the hips as well as the speed for the leg movement. Great for hip, low back, and static pain!

Reminder to listen to your body. This was a mild opps I forgot today. Thankfully I didn't add to pain.
I had a low back focused adjustment earlier this morning.

Gently pulling up on the low back lets the QL take a break. The person doing the movement going into a squat is best to help them.

Not sure how I feel about the camera angle. The cupping I do love. Might look scary, but the relief with no pain is worth it. Good deep work without the fear of the pain!
