Who’s ready to start the New Year off right?!

Starting 🗓️ MONDAY, JANUARY 9th, I’ll be putting on an 8 Week program at the Cedar Falls Rec! 💪

➡️ Class Times: 5:30am, 6:30am, 12:15pm
➡️ Days will alternate between Strength and Kickboxing
➡️ Cost: $100 for Rec members and $150 for non members
➡️ Not ready to hit the gym 5 days a week or have a busy schedule that only allows for a couple days? Classes meet Monday, Wednesday & Friday!
➡️ Need help staying on track and accountable? Once signed up, be added to a private Facebook group where I can help, other members can help, tips on form and some good motivation! 🙌

Late post, but these kiddos finished up Bootcamp on Thursday! 🙌 So proud of them for sticking with it and working hard! They earned their water-fun day! 💪☀️💦

Thursday at Youth Bootcamp the kiddos got to create their own workout! They had a BLAST! 🙌
