1) Parking Recommendations and 2) What Every District Small Business wants you to Understand about Parking

Picture 1- Recommendations are the green (1hr) and yellow (2hr) areas (2hr is rarely more than 25% occupied during daytime hours). Also available are the paid parking, which is free after 6p as well as summer months of June & July

Picture 2- This is a scaled photo of The College Hill District overlayed with an unmentioned Cedar Falls superstore that begins with W and ends with Mart (shaded in dark grey). Let's say you're using the furthest 2 hr (yellow) parking spot and walking into the front door of the Barbershop. In this worst case parking scenario, it's the equivalent to starting from their dairy aisle, grabbing a milk, and walking to the checkout counter......and **NOT** even taking into consideration walking to your vehicle out in their parking lot 🙃. In short, parking is relative. Small business parking; even when parking a couple blocks or more away, it's equivalent or better than big box parking.

I specialize in color and highlights because I absolutely love the transformation that happens when someone goes from boring to bold. Seeing my clients leave with a fresh, confident new look is the best part of what I do!
