Organs! I thought we already learned how to work most of visceral, but I was very wrong! I severely underestimated how much referral pain organs can cause throughout the body

😔 Stiff neck, low back aches, groin pain and more. If you keep having pain, and we've worked "all the things"...Let's try this!

Liver is already one of my favorites to work. Especially when doing lymphatic drainage. I personally work mine every night, and it puts me to sleep 😴

‼️ Did you know that is has more than 1,000 known functions?! (Used to think only 500 not too long ago.) It is much, much more than a sophisticated filter. So be kind to your largest organ! See the attached link for this cute, but large guy that sits under your right rib cage.

Back in Colorado again. You can eat healthier food almost anywhere...even for take out. However, I am still living in a hotel for a week, without a car.
