But because I believe we all deserve honest information.

You'll probably notice I use words like *𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘴, 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘴* instead of making big promises.

Why?

Because every single one of us is different.

Your skin isn't my skin.
Your hair isn't my hair.
Your lifestyle isn't my lifestyle.

Some people see changes quickly. Others take longer. And sometimes what works wonderfully for one person isn't the right fit for someone else.

I also know what it's like to be busy.

Like so many of you, I'm juggling work, family, responsibilities, and everything in between. For a long time, taking care of myself was the first thing to fall off my list.

Lately, I've been trying to change that.

I've been learning that wellness doesn't have to be extravagant. Sometimes it's spending five minutes dry brushing before a shower. Taking a few extra minutes to massage in a nourishing body oil. Caring for your scalp. Applying a face mask while you fold laundry.

Those little moments add up.

So no... I don't believe in miracle products.

I believe in good ingredients.
I believe in consistent habits.
I believe in learning.
I believe in giving our bodies the support they deserve.
And I believe that taking care of yourself isn't selfish - it's necessary.

One last thought:
Maybe it's time to move beyond using the term "self care"... Because wellness isn’t just about occasional moments of pampering. True wellness comes from the everyday choices, habits, and rituals that nourish our body, mind, and overall well-being.
