PSA FOR ALL MY CLIENTS NEW AND EXISTING!!! Starting June 1st ALL clients will be required to pay a deposit fee to book appointments. Anyone who cancels within 24hrs will lose their deposit and require another deposit to rebook. Unfortunately over the years I've been to flexible and it's affected my income greatly! This isn't personal and I'm sorry that I've got to do this. I realize life happens but it's been happening WAY to often lately and I'm gonna need more commitment from my clients. It's not fair that I've got some that wait weeks to get in to have people cancel the day of and I'm unable to get the spot filled in that short of time. I don't get payed unless I'm behind the chair!! Moving forward I'll require 25$ deposit for haircuts and 50$ for chemical services. You can use toward your service/services or you can roll it over to keep your booking spot. For instance I payed my nail a deposit 3 years ago and I just roll it over to keep my bookings. The hope is that I never have to take anyones deposit but if and when I do please understand why I've got to do this. If you have any questions please reach out.
