Yesterday we pledged our daily profits from 1/30/26 to be donated to support those in need, standing in solidarity with our neighbors in MN. As MN is receiving a lot of support and attention right now, we also wanted to give to those in our own community.
100% of our profits have been divided evenly and donated to The Women’s Foundation of Minnesota and to The IRC- Iowa City.

As other businesses in our neighborhood close to stand in solidarity with MN, we have chosen to stay open to honor our clients scheduled appointments and to continue to be a sanctuary away from the chaos of the world.

That being said, all profits on 1/30/26 will be donated to immigrant families in need in MN.

As some of you may know, the salon flooded last night. A water main broke directly above us. We have lost several items due to water damage, but, all of these things can be replaced, it will just take us some time.🫶🏻
We are so thankful for our neighbors and community members who showed up at 6am to help get the salon dried up. It could have been much worse, and for that we are so thankful.

Right now, I’m at a loss. The situation is as handled as it can be, but the months ahead are still unknown.
(As water continues to drip from my ceiling💧)
